SKP Saguaro Co-Op of Arizona

A fantastic Escapee park, so good SKP Saguaro was awarded Top 25%RV Parks of 2025. I love this park! Whether you're a guest, long term renter, or co-op member your invited to: events, meetings, music jams, volunteer work, club house, workshop, founders park, dog park, and become a co op member. Everything is included, dump and air station, propane sales, several dry dock spaces on pavement, fully furnished laundry room, library and wifi. Enjoy mail delivered to your mailbox and lot. Minutes away from Benson, and close to Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, and Tucson. The office staff is friendly,and very professional. A seperate management crew takes care of the park facilities. The rest of the park runs smoothly by volunteers both; short-term, long-term and co-op members all working together collectively in harmony. There are many committees you can volunteer for, even for a day. The best way to see how special this park is, is to call and schedule a tour. You can see fantastic views of the Whetstone and Dragoon Mountains. Some casita lots have cement pads with beautifully landscaped covered balconies, which can be rented. The entire park is landscaped with desert fauna by volunteers every month of the year. Social hours and dances are common during the week, and almost everyday the clubhouse is filled with daily activities of all kinds. A huge commercial kitchen where snacks are made during holiday, movie and dance nights. Golfcarts, utv's and motorcycles are welcomed, as well as dogs and cats. Safety is a priority in this park, so if you have a concern it will be handled properly and professionally. You won't get a office manager approaching you on your lot screaming at you for anything! Situations or emergencies and conflicts happen in life and this park has implemented a policy of professionalism on every level! I really enjoy this park, each person is appreciated and treated with dignity. True to Escapee form, this park has a Helping Hands committee with meals, check ins, rides, medical equipment and more. I stayed in an RV Park in St David and never got a check in, card, or any acknowledgement after I was mercy flown for a life saving emergency. Its wonderful that SKP Saguaro is a inclusive, clean, safe, and FUN community for EVERYONE. 🩷

It's our 4th time back and we love it. Extra large lots, friendly members, lots of activities and my favorite is all the hiking trails at the back of the park. You can walk for miles.

Excellent campground as long as you have an elevated HH Membership with SKP tag. Friendly staff and campers. Clean laundry, bathrooms and level sites, beautiful views of the mountains. We came back!

We met so many people over the couple of weeks we stayed here, and every single one was so welcoming and friendly to a younger family passing through the area! The park is really well maintained and has some unique amenities. We went to a bunch of the daily happy hours and a concert and had a great time overall. The sites are huge and the views are amazing.

Have been here for almost 2 months and if your looking for a place to go this is it. The co op is a leaseholders owned park and the winter months are busy. They have dry camping available always ND usually within 5 days they can get you into a lot as a guest. If you come take the tour and what they have to offer. Get on the hotlist!

Very fine SKP park, nice people, huge sites, access to walking desert trails, huge paved roads, free cable, wifi. Very organized volunteers and gorgeous dite

Great park . Beautiful views. Friendly office staff. Full hookups worked great. The sites are huge, and access is marvelous. Regular activities in the well-kept clubhouse. Exercise room with a decent assortment of equipment. Lending library and video collection are very good.
