The manager Christy walked away after checking my husband out to go unpack boxes, not realizing I also had merchandise to purchase. The line backed up to 6 people before I said “excuse me ma’am, you have a line here.” She told me to go to register 1 and ring the bell. It took several minutes before the young girl came to the counter to check us out from the back of the store. It was not the young girl’s fault that her manager abandoned me at the counter while more and more people piled up. The young girl tried to charge me for what my husband had already paid for. I told her, it’s not your fault you don’t know but I already purchased that item, she argued with me how it wasn’t rung up yet. I explained my husband went ahead of me and already paid for it. She gave me the “okay, Karen look” as I explained it’s not her fault her manager left me standing there but I’d been waiting a long time as the line just backed up and when I called out, she told me to “ring the bell for her.” They are clearly understaffed and the manager is not equipped to handle the workload. Take care of your customers first, then do your unboxing. 🙄 Definitely don’t turn your back until people walk out the door, I bet they are getting robbed blind with the lack of awareness we were given.

This is a great store with great prices but due to the rude and inhospitable people that work there specifically the fat short guy I will not be back there. I went there for everything that I needed as long as they sold it. I went there two to three times a week and I will not be back. The only person that works there that does their job very well and is kind is an older lady and she is great at her job.

Digital coupons did not work, only one employee in the store at at 3 pm on Saturday, and refused to assist along w a line of 10 others waiting to check out. I drove 20 miles to the next DG an purchased the exact same items w the Dig Coup working. The first store total was 29.00. the second 16.00.
