I've been using the UPS Store in Hope for shipping Mercari sales for the past month. They taken good of my needs. I'm glad to have them here since the USPS is sooo slow. Be aware that the opening time of 7:30 is not followed though. I've been by there several times before 8:00, and it was locked, lights out, and no employees.

I am so very thankful that this store is now in Hope. I was tired of going to Texarkana for drop-off. The staff is friendly and professional. I was in and out, correct paperwork in hand, in just a very few minutes. Good job!
