Ashton was so helpful in picking out fabrics and talking through what to expect along the way. Even though there was a delay, she and Hannah communicated it well and got the install scheduled as quickly as they could, working around my schedule. The installers were great as well - they were polite and respectful and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. They worked as quickly as they could and did a great job. Really appreciate the whole HomeTronix team providing great products and a wonderful customer experience to match!

Not a lot of companies, I would trust and being that we’re in the business we see a lot of fake dealers who aren’t of the right quality here. I’m happy to say is an amazing quality. They do what they say in an amazing price and a level of detail. It is hard to find who we would trust to send our customers in the area.

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! HomeTronix outfitted my orthodontic practice with custom shades, built in Sonos speakers, beautiful framed TVs, and a security system. They were great to work with, quick to respond to any questions, and always were eager to accommodate my requests. It was truly an exceptional experience and result. Our experience with HomeTronix and our Frame TV has been nothing short of excellent! Ashton was outstanding to work with from day one. She came to our home, helped us decide on the best options for our setup, and shared real-life experiences and photos that really helped us visualize everything. She’s easy to talk to, respectful, timely, and always quick to return calls or texts — truly a go-getter who goes above and beyond for her customers. Ty, our installer, also exceeded expectations. When our internet unexpectedly quit working during installation, he didn’t just pack up and leave — he called contacts he knew at our internet provider, took me to lunch while things were being sorted out, and then came back to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He walked us through the full setup, double-checked every connection, cleaned up the entire work area, and ensured we were completely satisfied. My wife and I are already looking into more products that HomeTronix offers. We couldn’t be happier with the service from Ashton and Ty — both are top-notch professionals and truly care about their customers!
