The Dels

On my travels through Arkansas I fell in love with the country and community of the state. As a dream I vowed to make this area (pocahontas) a place i would call home. After acouple attempts to make that dream a reality i stumbled on to a true dream maker, the dels black river studios! The no hassle and devoted employees that made me feel like a valued member of the community was the first thing I noticed. After the couple of attempts prior to finding this diamond in the rough made me feel like a outsider and a number instead of a person. Thinking this is to good to be true I realized the family feeling this company valued about their commitment. With the helpful service from a real person that valued my inquiries they made my dream a reality. The affordable rates not to mention the community atmosphere was amazing. I absolutely love the modern freshly renovated rooms and the due diligence of the dels staff to make me not just a tenant but a loyal member of the Black River Studios community. I would highly recommend anyone to not hesitate to reach out to any of the dels locations and see the commitment they value. I personly wanna thank them for welcoming me with open arms. You guys are amazing and can't wait to see what the future holds with us.

I move in at the end of this week. I'm so excited! The process to get in was very fast, and no hiccups at all. The apartment itself is so beautiful! We got a one bedroom and we can't wait to set it up for our kiddos! Thank you so much to Dels management for helping us and making everything such a smooth process!

Hey this is Christopher Harrington, I moved into the Black River Studio Appartments something like a year and a half ago . I've had the best experience here, no issues with management, no confusion with rent, I really love it here.. I'm going on into my Fourth 6 month lease.... I love the apartments! It’s peaceful and very friendly here I feel at home here and very cheap. My first time being on my own, they’re very understandable and whenever I need them they reply right away. I love my apartment it’s beautiful and i wouldn’t want anything more for one person living here it’s perfect for me. It makes me happy!

Good place to rent from definitely nice people! beautiful apartments got everything in walking distance from stores to the river ! An the guy up front is great people always helps !

Affordable and pet friendly! Great management and great neighbors. Very happy I got the chance to stay here while going to college, internet is included so I can always get my assignments done!

I love the dels at Pocahontas! It's cheap and cute!! And walkable distance from everything! Restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, doctors office! It's awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been living here over a year and in that time the management has been courteous and helpful even when I have been in times of struggle. You couldn't find place better. Thanks for all your hard work!
